all sales are considered final. For safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

2. Eligibility for Refund/Return

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

• • The product arrived damaged or defective.
• • Your order was not delivered after the standard shipping timeframe.

To be eligible, the request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and the product must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging (unless the issue is damage/defect upon arrival).
